SNSD are currently on their first Arena Tour in Japan, which kicked off in Osaka. On SNSD’s June 5th stop at the Saitama Super Arena, Sunny was sent to the hospital during the concert. According to Japanese newspaper Asahi on June 6th, “Sunny suffered from exhaustion during SNSD’s concert and was sent to the hospital.”
According to reports, Sunny returned after the encore and began crying on stage. Due to her sudden hospital visit, Sunny had been unable to perform her solo stage and apologized to Japanese Sones.
An official said, “Sunny’s prior condition to the performance wasn’t very good. Upcoming schedules will not be affected.”
SNSD began their tour on May 31st in Osaka and will end their tour in Fukuoka on July 14th. The group will partake in SMTOWN Live in Paris on June 10th and 11th and will begin their Asia Tour 2011 in Seoul on July 23rd and 24th.
